Fitness Report: I´m going to talk about fitness: fitness is something that everyone should have. You need to do exercises eat healthy food and go to the doctor to check how you are.Exercise improves the strength of your muscles. If your age is 11 you have to weigh between 48-30 kg .It is recommended to do exercises , from 40 minutes-1 hour per day .The exercises that you can do are: swimming, tennis, baseball, racquetball, football, volleyball , jogging ,aerobics, bicycling and rowing ,but the best exercises that help you to lose weigh are: jogging ,aerobics ,bicycling , rowing or swimming. Doing exercise and eating healthy food is something you need to be fit.

I dont know.6.Do you watch TV/ play video games or stay on the computer for more than two hours per day? Only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Diet and Nutrition 1.How would you describe your daily nutritional habits? Unhealthy? Erratic? Healthy? My mom´s try to give vegetables in my dinner. a lot of water, fruit. I describe as healthy.2.How often do you eat fruit and vegetables? Each moment that I want to eat fruit I have one in my kitchen, about vegetables my mom put a salad in the table at dinner timer3.How often do you eat at fast food restaurants? Never, My fathers dont like this foods.4.List any medications you take on a regular basis. Include vitamins and supplements.No I dont use that medicaments.
